A former lock-keepers house is the home of an artist couple in Northern Germany

Semi-retired but always collecting, artists Anna and Dieter make their home at the edge of the Eider Canal in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Since 2011 they have lived in this former lock-keeper's residence, tastefully adding to their impressive antique collections.
