Lionel's Brussels home has a 15 m² foundation and is packed with clever design

Despite the terrible condition of the tiny backhouse, Lionel saw the opportunity to finally become a homeowner even with his limited budget. With the help of architect Thibaut, the house has been completely reorganised and extended vertically to maximise living space, helped by a spiral staircase that transforms each floor into its own room.
